Cylinder 3.1

Smaller than the 4.0 but still provides great cuticle exfoliation in a Hardware Manicure. Great to buff off lifted cuticle and excess skin after using a flame, tornado, or tapered cone bit. Good to use around the finger tips and below the nail grooves to smooth and buff hard skin.
